These phrases are very familiar to us. I'm sure each of us has experienced this feeling at least once in our lives.
When is our body in a state of strong euphoria? What is in general, emotional imbalance? What type of people is experiencing this? Is this, really disease? Is it a pathology? Can it interfere with our success? My blog today is dedicated to answering these questions.

What to do if our emotions take us to a level where we cannot concentrate, we are less productive, and eventually, we are on our way to depression. At this time we should learn to manage our emotions by changing our own moods. For the most part, when a person has an emotional imbalance, he or she starts to fall into a state of insecurity and hopelessness. Although this person starts to remind bad results from their life, which was caused by emotional imbalance, such as low scores on the exam, conflict with people, and simply bad feelings.

Stimuli exist on every side of a successful person's life as an unstoppable power force. The stimuli can be deadlines, exams, launching new initiatives, meeting colleagues, important conversations. Stimuli exist both positively and negatively. Imagine that you are coming from a job or university and you are very tired, tomorrow you have a very important meeting so it means that you need perfect sleep and relaxation for a productive day, but your neighbor has decided to make a party for a whole night, which radically changed your plans. Do you find that seemingly insignificant stimuli required more effort from you? You may well understand mine because we have been, like this situation at least once in our history of life. Do you felt nervous? that's normal because one of the seemingly harmless things has changed your mood. Moreover, such events happen around us every day, minutes and seconds. Is it that bad? And is that prevent us from being successful? I will tell you that these challenges help humans to become persons. Overcoming stimuli mean that you succeed when you will say to your neighbor in a polite way, should they be a little quiet, at that moment you will be adapted. Without negative and positive, nerve-wracking stimuli we cannot grow personally, thanks to them we are getting stronger day by day, and with these small accomplishments, which we may not even notice, we are getting closer to our main goals day by day.
And, if you are a successful, yes successful person, you have strong emotions and feel that you are losing control of yourself, I will offer you some formulas from my personal experience.
